Moodiefy is a headless e-commerce storefront built on Next.js and hosted on Vercel, using Shopify as the commerce backend. This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and where it is stored. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

// What We Collect

We only collect information you voluntarily provide or that is necessary to fulfil your order:

• — Email address — via subscription forms, account signup, or contact forms
• — Name and phone number — via contact or order query forms
• — Delivery address — entered at checkout, processed by Shopify
• — Order history — items purchased, managed by Shopify
• — Product reviews — star rating, title, and body, submitted voluntarily on product pages
• — Wishlist — product IDs saved to your Shopify customer profile
• — Support messages — submitted via Contact Us or Order Query

We do not collect payment card details — all payments are processed directly by Shopify and Razorpay. We never see or store your card information. We do not run any analytics or tracking scripts and do not collect device or usage data.

Your data is stored in two places:

• — Shopify — order history, delivery address, account details, wishlist, and payment records
• — Our own database (Neon PostgreSQL) — subscriber emails, contact messages, order queries, and product reviews

Both are stored securely. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

To fulfil your order, your name, address, and order details are shared with:

• — Qikink — our print and fulfilment partner
• — Courier partners — for delivery of your order
• — Shopify — commerce infrastructure and payment processing
• — Razorpay — payment gateway (card data never reaches us)
