Welcome to Moodiefy. By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing through our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services. Moodiefy is a headless storefront built on Next.js, hosted on Vercel, with Shopify as the commerce backend and Razorpay as the payment processor.

// Section 1 — Access & Account

By using the Services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age. Accounts are managed via Shopify's customer authentication. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. You may not transfer or assign your account to any other person.

// Section 2 — Our Products

All Moodiefy products are custom print-on-demand items produced exclusively for you after each order is placed. Colours may vary slightly from screen representations due to device calibration and print processes. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

// Section 3 — Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until payment is confirmed. Because production begins immediately upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

// Section 4 — Prices & Billing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time of your order. Payments are processed by Razorpay — we do not store any payment card information.

// Section 5 — Shipping & Delivery

All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

// Section 6 — Intellectual Property

All content on the Services including trademarks, graphics, designs, mood concepts, and product imagery is owned by Moodiefy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

// Section 7 — User-Generated Content

By submitting a product review, you grant Moodiefy a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that review on our platform. You confirm the review is genuine, based on your own experience, and does not contain false, defamatory, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any review.

// Section 8 — Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or security of any third-party platforms. Access to such sites is at your own risk.

// Section 9 — Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moodiefy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through the Services.

You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property rights, to transmit spam or malicious code, to impersonate others, or to collect personal information of other users without consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
